ALRIGHT!....so...after dishing out $110 on ebay for a 4-way (that a reasonable price for a used 4-way?) I need to find out if I need any new bolts for the 4-way...and I'm not familliar with removing shocks...does anyone have a how-to thread anywhere on a site or something on how to remove the shock or install a new one? or is it as easy as just loosening the coil all the way and unscrewing the bolts from the eye to eye points? also....the 4-way didnt come with inserts because well obviously because it was for a dif bike and they wouldnt be the same....can I just use everything from the vanilla (bolts or inserts or w/e) for the 4-way? or would I need to buy something to make it fit? also...if I do need to buy something, can someone point me in the right direction? any help is appreciated!!!!!

From what I understand, the eyelets on the Manitou shock will have a smaller diameter than what is found on the Fox (and Progressive and Marz). You will definitley need a new set of bushings and hardware to install the new shock. A call to Specialized might be helpful to determine the correct size bushings needed (diameter and width). Your spring from the Fox should fit the Swinger okay. Good luck.

If they do not fit, how much would a set of bushings and hardware run me? not much im guessing? and where would I be able to order them from?
