Going to be out in Moab 18-22 and I need a bike to rent...specifically an Intense 6.6 in a Large. Anyone know of which shops might rent bikes? Thanks

Try the Chile Pepper bike shop, the owners name is Sean, really cool guy. The shop is super nice & comes highly recommended!! No Intense bikes, so a Santa Cruz Nomad will have to do

Pretty much every shop in Moab is super cool, so call around to find the ride you're looking for. Chile Pepper is a personal favorite of mine, but as was posted they don't rent Intenses.

But it looks like Poison Spider does!

A friend of mine had a horrible experience with one shop, but I can't remember the name. Anyway, he reserved a bike, only to find that they didn't have it when he arrived. The guy tried to put him on a Kona, but when my friend said that it was too small, the worker tried telling that the bb was lower than most bikes due to Moab's gravity. Yeah, extremely funny. He finally got the right sized bike, only to have the main pivot back out twice, and once was after we took it back to the shop. I'll try to get the name of the shop for you.
