Replacing the Front Derailleur - What Do I Have Now?

I'm ordering a new one & I'm guessing my current one is a "top swing" design (I know it's a top pull & I know the seat tube diameter) - can anyone identify which type of front derailleur I have from this photo (it came off a Trek 4500, in case that matters).

THANKS!!!

If it still works don't bother getting a new one.

The shifting will be no better unless the old one has worn out.

It's a top pull.
I think its a top swing.

I would steer away from the deore. It's one size fits all. The shim for the smaller tube can stop it from getting far enough over to shift correctly. The limit stops also won't work if you have double chainrings.

I'm seriously thinking about a pulley so I can use a bottom pull on a top pull frame.
