Glad to hear it all worked out - but you should have left your post in the bad seller section. OR - re-write the whole thing stating everything that happened including how you came to a resolution.

This kid is still a bad seller and people should be warned about him…

I agree. Letting the whole thing drop is unfair to you and is kinda lousy to do to other monkeys who should know about this seller.

You went to far? No, that little asshole went too far in ripping someone off on a deal. He also apparently lied to you about being unable to get you your frame back. And his family is treating you like the bad guy instead of disciplining their child.

No wonder he's ready to take advantage of other people.

Glad things have worked out, at least to some satisfaction/return to status quo.

Enough is enough. File a small claims lawsuit right as soon as you can. It's super easy and can be easily dismissed. Don't let this jerk-off continue to string you along. I mean, props to you for having some faith but this dude is a loser who will not listen to a threat. You trusted him to send the frame back and now you look like a pushover. Are you?

I'm glad you took it the right way. :thumb:

Some people have no conscience and will lie and cheat their way through anything. Before it seemed pretty clear that you backed off as part of some agreement to get your frame back. At this point there's just no excuse, the gloves should come off. It might be tempting to write it off and say "oh well, I learned my lesson" but don't let this clown get away with it.

Anyway good luck.
