i have movie cca. 3,30 min and its is 157 mb !!!

how to resize it but dont lose picture dvd quality ??

i was filming with dvd camcorder

any programs to download

IF - you mean 3 hours and 30 minutes at 157 megabytes and it is 'watch-able" (you can stand the quality) I would say it is compressed to the MAX already. Maybe I'm wrong, but . . . . . . . . . . . .

A comma means a period in other countries. 3.30 minutes/157mb.

i film my ride with dvd camcorder and copy and put one song in comp. and all that for 3,30 min is 157 mb, its too much for that ultra small movie...

quicktime will help convert that down, but will still be about 50megs or so. matters what you want to do with quality. because theres still xvid and divx. xvid would be good, decent quality still can be down about 10 megs or so. res can stil be about 600. your sound quality gets crappy too.

what is it that you want to do with the movie?

i film my ride cca. all together 5 min, and when i get armagedon i will film more and when i repair apocalypse and make a movie, all stuff is on small 8cm dvd-r discs..
