I got my hands on a M6 with an Manitou Revox (Intrinsic) that I have not spent too much time on. I'm having problem with the air volume adjuster and air valve. For one, the volume adjuster just spins and spins; is that suppose to happen? I'm trying to set it to #1 setting, to pump air in the valve, but the 2nd problem is that I'm having a hard time keeping air in the valve, even with the pump screwed on the valve. It seems that the valve is loose, so if I lightly apply some side force on the valve/pump connection, it holds air, but as soon as force is relieved or turn the pump off the valve, air leaks out and the volume adjuster knob turns with the pump. . . .argghhh!!!!

Anyone have this problem?

I'm guessing that I'll have to send the shock for service, any suggestions (other than purchase a CCDB )?

There are 4 volume settings and they knob does turn infinitely, however if you turn from 4 to 1 the volume reverts back to 1 as the knob indicates.

Hold the knob with one hand while you thread the pump off and it won't turn.

Yea you just gotta be quick and smooth taking it off, you'll get used to it.
