Can anyone convince me that this isn't Clintonesqe screwing with words?

After all, I can walk through Atlanta with a sign that says, "Niggers are only good for slaves!" and I may be confronted. Or I could walk through Tel Aviv with a sign that says "Hitler didn't fry enough of you bastards!" That doesn't necessarily mean that I will be confronted, right?

We're not snatching people and sending them to Canada or Japan, in which case I could perhaps accept Rice's explanation. I guess it depends what the meaning of is is...

Everyone knows the US is illegally detaining and torturing people. There is plenty of evidence. All this twisting and slithering is just serving to make the administation look more crooked and evil than ever.
