Nope.
I once saw a red ford pickup with a Ridemonkey sticker on the back window on Rt 1 northbound in Walpole mass. I tried to catch up with it and it got away. Later on that same day I saw it again on Neponset Street in Canton. I tried to catch up with it and run it off the road as it was clearly trying to avoid me. It once again eluded me. I have never figured out who it was.
