I'm looking at some jackets for riding. I think I would like to get a waterproof/breathable jacket to carry on long rides and to have for Fall/Winter/Spring riding. I was thinking about this Pearl Izumi jacket.

Does anyone have any experience with other waterproof/breathable jackets that are designed for riding?

I bought one of these (The black & gray one) and it's a smoking deal. Waterproof, breaths and packable (it all collapses down into built-in pocket).

this is my favorite softshell/waterproof jacket of all time... I have a collection of jackets and this is my favorite by far... its a lot of money but its well worth it
