Case Mountain, in Glastonbury, without a doubt. There is 50 miles of trails, and some of them can be vicious. There are plenty of boulder drops, huge ledges, and technical stuff. The only problem is that there is only maybe 300 feet of elevation on any given descent, but then again, the nice part is that there is only 300 feet on any given climb.
I like parking at Birch Mountain Road from Hebron, then entering on the left side of the road (go right, and you are riding in, no joke, Gay City State Park). I would print a map from bikerag.com
