When you ride for quite a while you really see people come and go. Life happens and takes people away for whatever reason, and sometimes people just get burnt. Regardless of the reason it's always cool to ride with people from the old skewl so to speak.
Gonna ride tomorrow and i'll get to ride with a bunch of people, but i got a few pals showin up and one of em was really influential in how i approach trail riding. Almost a bikey mentor if there is such a thing. But i think by following that guy for years he taught me the basics on how to trail ride. Always keeping things on an even keel. It's been key in me sticking around all this time and doing all the rides i do.
It'll be cool to share the trail once again with my pal. The ride is kinda long though i hope he's been keeping himself in shape, i'd hate for him to die of a heartattack.....
