just brainstorming here: what does everyone think of the news section? Personally, I think it doesn't get updated enough, and when it does the content is sometimes suspect. That is my perception of what it has been for the past while. Over the next few months we will be doing our best to introduce a lot more interesting and exclusive content through the news, so what do you like?
Do you enjoy interviews, detailed "zone" reports, event coverage (which will obviously be smaller in the winter months), etc etc
Just trying to get some input from everyone, let yourselves be heard!

Personally I don't pay attention to press releases and the like unless it has to do with really cool gear that isn't the same ole ****e with gold anodizing.

that's cool, I know for sure what it's like to look at the same product being marketed as fresh etc.
what about more editorial content, feature stories etc.not just press releases

Is RM really gonna be a hub for breaking news?

Read every thread in Downhill and then every thread in The Lounge. You will then understand what RM "needs".

I realize you guys are trying to improve RM, so look at what has worked in the past and build on it.
