I am trying to set-up my rig andI have all my parts but i don't exactly know how to go about doing it. Does anyone know of any good websites or books that can show me how to build up my rig properly.

You're going to need some special tools and such.
I'd go out and buy Zinn and the Art of Mountain Bike Maintenance. It's not specifically about building up a bike from parts, but it has information about installation of all of the various parts and it should be a big help.
Regardless, I'd find a friend or a local mechanic or something to come and help you. It'd really be an unhappy experience if you ruined your frame putting in your headset or cross-threaded your bottom bracket
