It's good, eh?
I don't go in much for porters...
But Flying Dog's pale is pretty passable.
Their IPA is $hit, though.
And I love coffee.
God bless you.
Their four pack sampler of strong beers kicks ass:
All very good beers. Drink the whole thing in one evening and good times will be had.
i'm suffering these days; thunder bay ontario is lacking severely in beer potential (emphasis is on quantity, not quality). right now it's an "innis and gunn" oak-aged scottish style which is mediocre. however, i found a place to buy chimay, so i'll be alright for a bit.
right now i'm drinking sam adams octoberfest.
They make a DIPA?
Those bahstids must have slipped that one by me.
On a postive note: only 2 weeks to the GABF.
It's the Flying Dog Double Dog Double Pale Ale.

nope, octoberfest was on sale @ the market and i prefer octoberfest so that's what i went with . bluemoon i think is a good beer and sometimes is a nice change from what i normally drink (sam adams).
I've had worse.
You mean like Coors.
I don't think I have ever tried a Coors. I've had Coors Light though.
I'd be hard pressed to be able to tell a difference.
You remember when Coors was a "coveted" brew that never made it east of the Mississippi?
My dad had a friend that was vacationing in CO bring back a case of the "western gold"...
This was probably around... '83?
Yeah, I was 11 then and not drinking too much beer at the time, unfortunately.
My father was a Miller High Life guy.

Yup. Stone IPA is a "standby" if Titan is out of stock.
I also have enjoyed their Ruination and 11th Anniversary IPA.
Are the Stone Porters any good?
No IPA... no care.
I like dark beers the best
the smoked porter is great!! the bitter chocolate oatmeal stout is some of the best beer i've tasted, it's already been released this year, and is not easy to find now. just opened ommegang chocolate stout.
