Dusty Hill, the bassist for ZZ Top, died in his sleep at his home in Houston, Texas, according to Billy Gibbons and Frank Beard of the Texas-based trio.

Their show I saw in Phoenix had an excellent opening...... Sphynx head with white blanket covering the drum set, and when the music started, the Sphynx snorted the blanket up its nose like some funny white powder!

What a night that was, and RIP Mr. Hill......
