I sent cash to a fella in Sutton West, Ontario for a Toy 3 back in the middle of Jan. He had advertised it and had photos. First, he said he sent the frame, but then two weeks later said that the frame came back to his address because he messed up my address. He said he shipped it to me again on Feb 6th. Still no frame, and now he's not replying to e-mails or showing up on MSN messenger. Think I'm screwed? Any suggestions about taking action?
