Are there any sort of Ridemonkey bike jerseys available? I know you guys were wanting to make tshirts, but a jersey would be pretty cool. I know there are some companies in canada that do them cheap...but, yea, if you have em, i'd buy one.
yea, that's what I was thinking. like, the name on the back or something kick ass like that. pay a couple bucks extra for it...mtnbkr4235 said:Maybe we could even get them personalized with our handles.

If we have a design, it's easy to do a run of DH jerseys, XC jerseys, sleeveless, etc. Why don't some of you geniuses do some research, as in visit some websites of companies that make custom jerseys (hincapie, voler, verge, etc), look at their templates, and come up with some designs. I'll start talking to the powers around here about getting it done. We could maybe work something like the person who creates the winning design gets a free jersey or something like that.mack said:yeah, but no sissy licra, DH jerseys please. And no CRAZY ASS SIZES. S M and L would do just fine.
XL for us big people too. (big as in 6'2" and 200# not fat )mack said:yeah, but no sissy licra, DH jerseys please. And no CRAZY ASS SIZES. S M and L would do just fine.
how about the person that thinks of the idea? anyways, if i get a template, i'm sure i can draw something up in photoshop/illustrator. let me know.Echo said:We could maybe work something like the person who creates the winning design gets a free jersey or something like that.
I agree with jerseys...but xl would be a min, with armour I would never come close to fitting a L....not even an XL fits usually. Sorry for being an ex-football player..sheesh, freaking small people.mack said:yeah, but no sissy licra, DH jerseys please. And no CRAZY ASS SIZES. S M and L would do just fine.
I'm thinking have the logo/name written the way it is on the top of the forum right across the chest or something?manziman said:ok, so, it's obvious you guys want jerseys. but what kind of design would you want? I was thinking like "Ridemonkey" on the back of the collar, with that green logo on the sleeves. I don't know much else to put on it, i'm not really big into this forum thing. Maybe "respect" down the side? haha. what else do you guys want? they're your jerseys, help me design them.
ok, so, pretty basic? with pretty much the RM banner on the chest and back, the Logo on the sleeves and "Ridemonkey" on the collar? help me out here people...mtnbkr4235 said:I'm thinking have the logo/name written the way it is on the top of the forum right across the chest or something?
I think the community should vote as well, that's really important. I think we'll be able to do a split XC/DH order with Hot Shoppe, as long as we meet the 25 minimum to keep the cost down on these. Hot Shoppe likes you to have at least 6 of each style when splitting styles, but that shoudn't be a problem.Echo said:Nice work FT. I have no doubt that you could come up with a kickass design, however I think it would be cool to have the RM community vote. It's important that everyone understand that the jerseys will have to be paid for way in advance. Also, I suggest doing XC and DH jerseys. You can use pretty much the same design for both with a few tweeks, and it would probably double the size of the order and therefore possible get us a slightly better price.
Kids...pushaw...I would do it in a heartbeat if it looked good. I am picky about the jersey I wear ...(I hate tonnes of colour)...I would promise 100cdn (whatever the number) if I knew it would look as cool as the yeti jersey...wow!zedro said:maybe you could get the price down by whoring us out to random sponsors...
i think you need a solid design down to get the kids onboard
I thought about whoring out to sponsors, but that would involve even MORE work than I am already expecting to do. And I'm friggin' BUSY, man!zedro said:maybe you could get the price down by whoring us out to random sponsors...
