5'10" and usually a 56". It really depends on the bike though. Lately I see a lot of big guys on smallish bikes?? Usually mountain bikers who come over to the "other" side. They like small bikes for whatever reason.....jdcamb

5'8" and ride a 58cm. But it's an "old style" steel frame. i.e. before the compact frame and sloping top tube became the style to ride on the road. I would guess that if I got sized into a current bike I'd be on a 56cm.

have a 36" inseam
there are alot of factors that determine correct sizing of a road frame
then you have the whole "compact" frame crap, I like the traditional frames.
Have a aluminum (TREK) and steel (Pinarello) road bikes, steel is the way to go IMHO.

Well, I'm 6' prett regular length arms and legs... this $200 C'dale bike is a 60. I guess I'll still drive out and see it, just to be sure.

I ride a large MTB so maybe I like bigger bikes? I know a lot of ppl close to my height that ride Medium frames.

That bike is probably going to be way too big for you. I'm 5'11" and was riding a 58 cm that was too large for me. I just switched to a 56 cm and it feels a lot better. Plug your numbers into the following link and you can at least use that as a guide:
