Just arrived home from Boston an hour ago...I took the week to drive my sister up to school and visit friends as well as my former home and my very first trails. I hadn't realized just how much I missed New England. Enjoy:

Driving into town

The Falls

A many century old riverside bench

More river

Local architecture

The fresh spring that marks one of the many trailheads

Into the woods!

Fort Rock, namesake of the trail network.

(forgive the focus, lots of rain means quick shots)

carvy whoops

tight trees

mossy rock berm

fin.

Very nice pics jace (my name also BTW). I would love to get out to the east coast one day and hit up some of the trails and see Old America.

I think you mean "Vicodin."

Not that it matters, but these trails are plenty downhill and "freeride" worthy.

if there dh worthy then where are the dh and freeride bikes. i mean yeh i ride dh on a xc rig cause i chill with dhillers and dont have a dh rig yet. but deffinatly props on the picks. and those look like some awsome trails. that burm looks to technicall that would take about two cans or red bull to hit that thing. lol :thumb:

Sorry Toshi, sometimes I forget most people aren't running 1600x1200...

I took the pics on a rainy early afternoon during the week so the trails were devoid of any bikes, let alone big squishies. I took a number of shots of the hairier chutes and drops but most came out awkward or unimpressive, apologies.
