my new roco came in the mail today. just got it mounted up, sat on the bike..the shock went down smooth..but wont come back up. awesome. i let the air out and pumped it back up. played with all the settings...nothing. anybody have any ideas?

New, or new to you.

That should not be happening. Is it losing air?
If it's new, call the seller right away and ask them to help you figure it out.

brand new. and the place i got it, and marz have been closed for the holiday. its not losing air. i did some research, didnt come up with much...but i think its the seals. either shot or not lubed properly, and allowing air to seep out and into the negative chamber. thats what others have had happen anyway.
