This is a marked difference between Reagan (73%) Clinton (86%) and Bush senior (77%)

With Bush's approval at an all time low, it'll be interesting to see how quickly that number drops.

Charles Schumer has been consistently using the rubber stamp line for more than a year. I believe that you will be hearing this term a lot in the next year from a lot more Democrats.
