I want to run a heim2 but no bashguard, would there be any benefit to running the heim2 if i dont run a bash?

Hi StunZ,
All of our crank-mounted bashguard guides (SRS+, SS+, DRS, Heim2, etc) require the bashguard to provide adequate chain retention. Our only multi-ring guide that would work without a bashguard is the Heim 3RS, our triple ring chainguide.

The bashguard is designed to work with the lower roller assembly to keep the chain from jumping outward. Without a bashguard, you will likely lose your chain when the trails get rough.
