This bike was barely ridden. The seatpost rocks in the seat tube when clamped. There is a little play but the frame is not cracked or broke.I was told
by the bike shop it is an easy fix with some epoxy.
The seat tube is slightly out of round.I dont want to bother with it and I have hardly ridden this bike.
I weigh 200+ and the post holds firm when clamped but I want to be sure this is known. Fix it or part it out. This bike will not disappoint. Sold As Is.

I wouldn't worry about it. Could be malformed or wrong size carbon post. Even if you epoxied it, who cares, its a steal at that price for what otherwise looks like a rarely ridden bike/box of components.
