-- get a different saddle.
-- make sure your bike it fitted properly... if your hips move a fair amount while spinning, you're saddle is too high.
-- use a blister lube
-- move around, stand up periodically

i did these things and not only did i reduce soreness, I also relieved back pain

drop your seat a tad and stand up.....
shaving your as$ might help too, if your real hairy back/down there.

what kind of riding are you doing?

People bag on spandex but most biking shorts have shammy's in them, which is just padding. Get's rid of this problem for most people, pretty much common knowledge but i'm not sure if you know this or not, never can tell. Just throwin it out there to eliminate the obvious. :)

I pick them off and save them. They make good chaps if you sew them together. Although don't tell the Korean chick that sews them together what they are (she charged me extra after she found out :angry: )......
