I'm sorry for the loss. I have heard from Fields that Sam is someone who he deeply admired and respected; I would have been honored to meet him.

Man i went to school with his son Sam in New Orleans way back when.
His son was so funny and every now and again his dad would drop him off and everyone thought he was too small to play NFL(Saints) but he really did the business on the field and off .
Having known his kids i really fell sad for them and their loss.
