See the video game awards on Spike last night? Sammy J. wins for best performance in a game, for his officer tenpenny role in GTA San Andreas. Then, at the end of the show, GTA SA wins game of the year. He goes back up to accept the award. In his speech he refers to the game as "Grand Theft Auto 2", twice! Like it's the friggin sequel or something. Talk about disrespect to EVERYONE in the room and everyone involved in making the game. The whole show was an insulting mess, with Oscar Delahoya's totally botched presentation, and Motley Crue's train wreck of a performance.

As if we didn't have enough stupid award shows, now computer geeks feel they need to be treated like stars. Joan Rivers and her skeletal daughter should have showed up and made fun of them all.
