Anyone seen this? It looks like a neo-retro art deco fantasy bike made by Oakley. 'San Andreas Classic' by Mountain Cycle. Thought it was an interesting update on a basically ancient design...I guess there's not much going on besides a new shock on an old high-pivot frame, but it is interesting to look at.

Last years' 9.5 actually rode really really well, so if that's an improvement...I mean hey...at least it looks less like crap. I still hate that cheezy looking swingarm on those things, but the front end is cool.

Makes me wonder how much all of that fancy tubing work will cost

at the end of the longest line
you know, with all these chopper and hot rod fabrication shows on tv, i think manufacturers are really starting to add (or attempt) some style. Like with the V10 and Norcos stuff too for example.

the article I read, think it was in Bicycle Retailer, said that was the new San Andreas, the old model is still available as the San Andreas Classic though.... maybe I read it wrong, either way its an odd lookin bike

I think that bike looks sick. Just needs a new swingarm to match that badass front end
