So I actually stood up and talked during the public comment period.
I rasied some good points regarding the actual speeds bikes attain on frount country trails (pretty low) and mentioned the trail booby traps I have been encountering. I was really nervous, but I did it.

As for whats going to happen? I have no idea. The board member from the forest service is leaving her position which leaves things pretty unresolved. Are they going to bring someone else up to speed or proceed without any representitive from the forest service?(which would hurt the validity of any decision they reach)
