Everyone tried to tell me, (even people on this board) but i just wouldn't listen.
Anyways i call to get an update on the Blur XC that was supposed to ship this week, and i get told they ran out of everything. It'll come in 3 weeks.....

This happened on my Bullit years ago, this is the last straw. i'm done with Santa Klaus, never again in my life will i buy from them. i was in the market to get not only the Blur but a Nomad as well. i was lied to before on the Bullit years ago, i had heard they had gotten better, they have not.
Buyer beware if it's this hard to buy anything from them, i can't imagine what a nightmare dealing with any warranty issues.
