Not at DIA, but I could see it and wave if I walked to my mailbox. But it's dark and I'm not walking the quarter mile :p

8+ hour ride planned for today.

Groceries and the girls today. New furniture arrives today, so I need to get the old stuff out of the way, then rent a trailer to dispose of it.

Morning Monkeys.

The jackasses upstairs finally crashed and I actually slept ok considering the garbage mattress and pillows. I am seriously spoiled at home, I guess.

Long ass day of training and I can't see what could possibly take all day when I have like 4 questions. There isn't THAT much to cover, is there?

Oldest bar in town has a greasy spoon cafe in the back. I got the chicken fried steak and my expectations are realistic. There isn't much here but a whiskey and a rodeo.

if you get a chance to see a show at the stanley....would go again.
Which show did you see there? I was there last December and it was a lovely spot though I wasn’t blown away by the show. It wasn’t bad but I expected better.

Speaking of shows. I went to one last night. Wednesday was doing a set of Murderdolls songs to celebrate the band’s first release 21 years ago. It was a good time.

In the cleavage of the Tetons
Two more days until the weather turns. Gonna ride Moto trails with my bestest riding buds in the Big Hole’s.
Giggity. 26 years here, and I only know a fraction. They are kinda terrible on a push-bike, but fucking amazing on an ebike.
This is like a new golden age of complete and total fun again.

Buddy captured a couple of decent pics of me on our ride yesterday. It’s not often a good riding shot is taken of me on account of I’m a hack on a bike.

He climbed a tree to take a picture??
Kinda? There was a fallen tree crossing the trail about 8’ overhead, but the end on the ground was easy to access. So he walked out into the fallen tree. You can kinda see it in the photo where you can see his leg

More glorious weather.
I would have liked 15F cooler as it was a lot warmer than forecast. We rode Mountain Lion from home and coming back through WR decided to cut it short and omit Mustang and Maverick due to the temps. It was a slow slog up Lookout.

47 miles, 8200ft of the verticals.

I rode Myers Ranch. About 6 miles and 1000ft... maybe. :D

Temps were about 70F, so kinda perfect.
