The unrelenting rains finally let up this week and the trails dried out enough for me to go ride some wet but not soggy trails in the rain. The brain was pleased and stimulated my neural reward circuit. I shall seek further stimulation of this circuit.

Sucked huh?
Sorry man.
Nah, it was actually alright. Conditions were "mixed", very spring skiing. Ice crust/barren up high, untouched areas were super nice but "heavy". Exits were pure ice by afternoon. Pretty nice skiing overall, guides were great, but there was a couple from CA, a guy and his step-mom, which was pretty weird, also in the cat that were just SOOOOOOO slow. We did 8 good runs that probably should have been a dozen or more. Maybe it worked out, I was way more sore than I expected to be when I woke up this morning, but still, it was a kind of frustrating experience when we could have had a lot more skiing.

Probably amazeballs up there today. Woke up in leadville with a good 3-4 on the car and it was DUMPING.
