sell blue some clean urine if you see him...tour de epo is in town
FTFYHola. I'm still sore from my Thursday afternoon ~9 mi trail ride. I amgettingfat.
Fair enough. It's not a legs or back soreness deal, for the most part, but rather a "why the hell does my thumb hurt since the ride?" kind of deal. I must have tweaked it on the bars somehow. I blame my weird collagen, plus not having ridden in two weeks or so.FTFY
Did a 4 hour ride a few weeks ago with a decent sized group. Strongest riders in the group were in their late 40s and early 50s. Age is just an excuse for being lazy.
Oh man, that is a KEEPER. it's going in the rotation along with: "darn this bum knee, I didn't eat breakfast, does my tire look low? think i have a slow leak" and other timeless favorites.I blame my weird collagen
Yup. My Dad is 75, legally blind, and still does at least three road rides a week and mountain bikes as well. There used to be a guy on here, (DH builder I think), who was in his mid fifties and would straight up shred the nasty stuff at Windrock.Age is just an excuse for being lazy.
