Got a 7 mile run done this morning. I should have worn a warmer hat because my head and ears got cold even with my beanie on. The wind was kind of an asshole. Decent run tho.

I'm sitting here with a dog on my lap while I watch the Premier League. I need to get up and get moving to get the grocery reload done.

Got up at a reasonable hour to ride bikes in the cold with my new riding amigo. 32 miles in 24 degrees. LEL. My snow-suit is aero as a toaster but kept me very warm for the entire trip, aside from my toes a bit. Will probably have to invest in heated socks for anything lower than 25 and longer than 2 hours. Homeboy was colder than I was, so I got that going for me.

New pizza steel arrived so I seasoned that yesterday. Soon, we pizza. No idea when the stupid paddle thing arrives, but I’m excited.

Brought wifey to the airport for her annual trip back to Japan. One of these years I’ll join her. Been 21 years since I’ve been there.

Inside work on deck today, bc although it isn’t raining hard, it is raining such that I’d be soaked to the bone in 5 minutes. It’s an Oregon thing; you wouldn’t like it…

Well, the middle and youngest kids headed off on a ski road trip on Friday morning. Skied Aspen Highlands yesterday, then slept in the Xterra in Utah on the way to ski Alta today.

Except somebody lost control on the hwy this morning when they were nearly to the Salt Lake valley and smacked into the front of the Nissan. Youngest got an ambulance ride and some stitches in his noggin - middle kid was uninjured. Other party apparently was also uninjured. Sounds like the Xterra may be totaled.

So now instead of skiing they get to hang out in the valley for a couple days, then get a rental car Monday morning, go get all the crap out of the Nissan, then drive back to the Front Range. :disgust:

Dislike, but no one went on the cart. That means it was a good day.

I’m Massacring my next track. I hate doing vocals even though I’m processing them beyond recognition.
