up early. breakfast of oatmeal w/ agave nectar (not the fermented kind) and greek yogurt. then off for a 6hr hike.
kinda surprised this is my last weekend at home till October, im doing all of the eastern states cups races.

The bike was on my side porch yesterday, put it back together, Rear shifting wants work. I am still ringing like a bell from last week; I went to work, but was not there. I am registering a trade name.
kicked out of bed early this morning by the wife for snoring....need more coffee...then take the dogs for a walk.
Picked up the last parts and finishing a new bike build today.
climbed an entire mountain.

Found me an F250 with a 7.3 deisel today for ten grand....... 110K on it, just getting broke in with this combo. Seriously thinking I might pick it up
