Moring , My plans for today are watch notre dame football , trail ride and work a little bit . Get some rest today monkeys the dh world championship is on @ 3am Sunday, beer for breakfast .
Happy Long Weekend! I called in sick to work yesterday on account of a cold and am not feeling much better today. Sucks. No biking or running now for the second day in a row. Hopefully tomorrow.
Work all weekend for me, extra cash due to holiday, its cool I guess....

The only thing more fun than moving once is moving twice! In a 24 hour span. Big FU to my former landlord who demanded we move out for no good reason.
Going to the trainer today. He's got me up 10 pounds in a month. My goal is another 10-20 depending on how my body handles it.
Also filming promo stuff for the band today. We are gearing up for the cd release on 9/11 of all days. Today we film ransom footage regarding the recent multimillion dollar Canadian syrup heist. #PowermouthDidIt

Went for a nice and easy single track ride this morning. I figured I need to let my body heal from my crash DHing last weekend. I'm pretty sure I bruised a rib, it still hurts to cough or sneeze.

excellent day so far, Bike ride, Phone lines fixed, DSL installed, got a full range wall mount and hung the TV in the bedroom and got Hi Def Direct TV hooked up. gooing to a party tonight...life is good

Sore. Rode Chandler Ridge which, for our neck of the woods, involves a lot of climbing, especially if you include a false start at the wrong trailhead.
So had a car on fire in the parking lot today, nit a little... full blaze, was fun, they came in asking for an electrical diagnostic, went to go look at the mileage and car was fully engulfed....... Good times
