I was in work bright and early at 5:00 this morning for a system upgrade go-live. Still here with a few more hours to go. Jealous much?
20 mile run yesterday at an even 10:00 pace. The legs are feeling it today. Century ride tomorrow. No problem.

Well the rain ruined my plans for DHing today so I guess I'll work on a few projects around the house. Will most likely be hitting up the Irish Festival later on this afternoon with the wife, baby, and a few of our friends.

had my coffee, fed the dogs, cleaned the dog run (poop pick up and bleach the damn thing down). Now time for a quick bit o food and off for a bike ride
Woke up this moring and remembered that the house cleaner and yard service would be here today since Mondays are our usual day. I skipped out early since these activities hold minimal interest for me.
The sh1t, specifically a line ov violent thunderstorms, is just starting to hit the fan here.
