WHAT DO YOU GOT THERE, SPORTY! I hit the gym last night and this morning for some weights...my first exercise since my knee injury. It felt great to do something. I was damn near climbing the walls the last week while sitting on my ass.

Nothing but blue sky and sunshine, and 20 degrees. Going to walk through a home with a builder buddy of mine this morning, looking to buy this place cheap and fix it up. Then it's off to the trails for some mid-winter trail building/riding. First things first - blueberry waffles and copious amounts of coffee.

Mornin y'all. Hit the trainer for an hour this morning and cranked that out while everyone was still asleep. Had some bacon, eggs, toast, yogurt, and a grapefruit for breakfast. Taking the little lady out to see Le Mis. today and then out to dinner. So good to her...
