Was gonna go riding this morning but my stomach is feeling like sh*t. I guess I'll just hang around the house with the little guy and clean up from the in-laws visit this past week.

Mornin! Just put the finishing touches on an awesome ride. 21 miles and managed to clear everything. Great way to start the day!

Big crash at the end of my XC ride right in the middle of a rock garden. Did the same thing two weeks ago. I think there is something to learn from this. Both legs banged up and a good bump on my left knee and these 29r were supposed to better roller over stuff
