Headed into gloucester for lunch and a couple beers to set things right.
First trail ride since my back injury last Nov tomorrow at some sweet trails up in maine.
Nomad rides like a magic carpet with the newly installed DBAxv, so hopefully the back (which is still jacked, I've just run out of patience) will cooperate.

24 mostly flat miles on the road bike, and the knee feels 'meh'. First ride in almost a month.

The summer of the monsoon has made the trails too wet to ride, spent the day on my 1995 Litespeed hardtail riding dirt roads. Better than nothing. Also noticed on Facebook that Echo did a triathlon today, grounds for banning?

I forgot how nice that thing rides. Even after riding modern Al suspension and carbon fiber frames I am reminded how magical Ti can be. I am tempted to ride the **** out of this thing again but '95 era geometry kind of sucks.
