Slipped on the ice today on the road bike but I was going really slow. Worse was I had some problems with my left foot again so I am biting the bullet and will get a proper bike fitting on Tuesday. Picked up my new bike in the final build 2014 GT Sensor with some nice updates including a Pike lowered to 140mm. Can't wait for the season to start.

EMT RECERT Well thats taken care of for another 2 years ( 24 hours of continuing education and a full day of patient skills testing). I am kind of stoked, I scored the maximum points available over the ten palliative skills scenarios Trauma( vehicle accident, weapons injury), Childbirth with complication, Airway management, Major bleeding control, CPR& AED, joint and long bone fractures, Medical emergencies ( Diabetic, Neurologic, septic shock). We started and 9 this morning and finished at 6pm, it was like running a busy shift on the ambulance.

Just have to pay my fees and submit the documentation
