did a 20 mile time trial this morning. Howling headwind on the outward leg was a killer but it sure was fun on the way back in. 1:07:21. Time to get cleaned up and work a half day EMS standby. Full day standby to work tomorrow.

Trying to find something for a couple of 9/10 yr. olds to do. In a ski town, off season. Maybe rally for a bike ride in Grand Teton National Park (the roads are closed to cars...)

Nervous system has been a SNAFU all week. The bladder has been "waking up" and overly sensitive to every bit of movement. Nothing like regaining the ability to move around but also being afraid to use it.

You shouldn't be putting hooks there. That's what I am thinking. Or am I drinking? Meh. Same thing.

Torrential downpour today meant no ride. In typical fashion, as soon as I pulled up to the trail head the sun came out.

Will be riding tomorrow.

Wife and I did a little trail ride from home.

50 miles with 9000ft vert.

Apex, Belcher, Mountain Lion, Mustang, Maverick, Longhorn, Whippletree, Chimney.

There may have been a taco and beer stop before the climb up Chimney.

Kin hungry now.
