Hey fam. I've got a 5K race to run and it is ass nasty outside. Same conditions for everyone though and I've been training in it, so let's go.
Mrs went to hang out with a college friend. Hanging out with the ladies. Maybe work on the sprayer later, but probably not.
At an Equestrian Center doing my EMT thing for the weekend. Made espresso that's strong enough to decrease an engine block. I should be wired out of my gord in a few minutes. Oh and it's going to be stupid hot late afternoon so we stop at 2pm.
Got two cranky womens in the house. If you need me, I'll be over here emotionally regulating them.

3rd in warmup (of 3 again...) but it's super tight again like last weekend. She's fired up and wants 1st.

Update: 1st place overall! Not my fastest (20:04) but I'm happy to win on a hot day.
Garden work trimming the hedges and edges and some general clean up.
Had a mtb ride planned but my SID has lost travel and had to drop it off at the bike shop. It was serviced in February so I would say too early for any problems to show. This SID has been no where a reliable as my Pike has been.
Just watched the finish of the Olympic road race in the sun on the patio.

Tempted to ride in the heat but my tailbone is just healed from two injuries and this thing needs maintenance anyway.
I don't know if sticking things up my ass helps but that's what I'm doing. Pretty standard weekend, really.
