Ok, heres what i tried last night, i really wanted sausage with onions, but they give me bad gass, so i thought about it for a while and came up with this killer no gas recipie, its REALLY good.
one serving.
3 sweet italian cooking sausages.
red wine
1/2 ionion.
Deep frying pan with lid.
Take your sausage, and brown them in the pan, so that they are 1/2 cooked.
Then put the pan on VERY LOW simmer. Pour in lots of red wine, and throw in your onions. DONT FRY EM IN THE PAN unless u want side affects. So, you have all the ingrediants in the pan, basically its like a soup, with lots of wine and and ionions. Now put the lid on and simmer on the lowest heat you have for about 30 min stirring now and then, dont burn. Now, take the lid off and turn the heat up, then boil off all most of the wine, so its thick, the onions absorbe all the wine, its reall good.
