How do you die of "natural causes" at the age of 42? "Natural causes" is something you say to describe the death of a 94 year old person whose heart finally retired--that's natural causes.

If I had to guess, I would say that his job at Disney probably took some years off of his life. It's a pretty bad company to work for, and since he held a high-power (high stress) position I'm sure he suffered...
