I've seen LOC a bunch of times and was never disappointed. Some people get way too offended way too easily by their lyrical content. To me, its just the same breed of satire that the Dead Kennedy's used (back in the 80's. When they were the Dead Kennedy's).
and yea, they normally do a LOT of choking victim covers. NTTAWWT. LOC is more or less choking victim with an extra guitar player, and maybe a different drummer? I can't remember what the lineup change was but they're essentially the same band.
