Im looking to buy either a Blur or an ETSX-70. Need some advice on which to buy.

Ive heard some negative feedback about the blurs rear end. Poor mud and tire clearance, and the long sluggish chainstays. Ive also heard some bad things about paint chipping and stuff like that.

As for the ETSX. Ive heard some bad things about the Paint on this bike too, but the main thing I hear complaints about is some flex in the rear. This is only coming from the heavier riders(which I am not)

What kind of input do any of you Monkeys have on these two bikes??? Thanx.

I haven't had any time on a Blur, but I have spent some time on an ETSX and the rear end felt mega-noodly.

did not like that bike at all.

Just my two cents.

IMO - RM designs aren't up to snuff with the competition.

Too bad Procycle seems to want to invest heavily in them vs. a smaller company out of Quebec that I thought was making some innovative and kick arse frames. Oh well.

I guess Rocky Mountain has the "Brand Recognition"

Go Blur!
