I've got the top caps off, but how the hell do I remove the cartridge's? Bolts on the bottom, what's their size? What else do I need to do?

ok
-take the ecc lever and the black preload adjusters off
-then take off the lil 'c' clips underneath the black preload adjusters
-then take off the top caps
-then take the preload nut things off the cartridge - its an opposite thread
-then take off the black placcy preload sleeves and the white placcy washers
-then take the springs out
-drain the oil
-then at the bottoms of the legs theres a bolt, its a 15mm socket IIRC
-undo that and the cartridges will just pull out
sorted!
