So I made an offer on a house yersterday. totally spur of the moment thing too.

Not my ideal place, but a good starter home for a few years.

And it has an in-ground pool..... I never woulda thunk...

But we should find out in the next day or so if the offer will be accepted.

So if anyone finds themselves in the Montreal area and needs a place to stay.....well you can screw yourself and stay in a hotel cuz I have problems of my own!! Frickin free-loaders.....

In ground pool? I think you spent to much time in the States, up there that is called a skating rink.

How big of a House ?

Have you ever seen the Movie "The Money Pit" ?

No no ...none of that.... it was built in '98 in a newer development. It's decent size, but the lot is a little smaller than I'd like. No room for dirt jumps or anything.

But it's not in serious need of renovation. A few things I'd like to change though...

Congrats Mike, its always a good move buying property:thumb:
Unless that property is a Jeep Liberty. ;)
Congrats on the abode Mike!
Maybe you can build a dirt jump over the pool.
That way you can get some use out of it.
I went to Toronto one time in the summer and froze my grapes off,
but hey, I guess that would be swimming weather for you guys.
