so.... i have a not-so-small arbitrage business going on.

thing is, it appears, in a not so distant future, i´ll need a LLC in the US, in order to work around some territorial agreements my suppliers have.

Ideally I´d need to set up a front company in the US, buy thru it; and then have this company sell to my other company in Peru; so this LLC would need an export license at least.

I´d preferably like to set it up in Miami, Florida; but having no clue on US business law, i dont even know where to start.

so... school me monkeys.
talk to an attorney? accountant? are any states better than other for this purpose? why does "delaware" pops up on most "set up llc" google searches i do?

is there any small-business bureau website with information?

I'd get a real attorney for this one. I don't think we have any attorney's who focus on international transaction on RM. Maybe the better question is does anybody know of an attorney that does this?
