I moved down to sd in august, and have since built a bmx bike...i'm looking for some skateparks in san diego that either allow bikes, or dont care about bikes.
i'll drive within reason, but everything is pretty close since i live at the center of the freeway intersections(i live at SDSU).

take the 8w to the 5n and get off at clairemont drive. drive east for about a mile and youll see the clairemont skatepark. its a pretty sweet skatepark that allows bikes on tuesdays and thursdays
